AOH Division 23 Membership Meeting – Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. All members are

encouraged to attend. Steelers at Bengals at 4:15 p.m.

2009 Steeler Season Tickets Raffle – The Club would like to thank Raffle Chairman, Tom Reiser, for a

great job on this year’s raffle. We also want to thank all our members and friends of the Club who sold or

bought tickets. Winner of the raffle was Bob Cosgrove; the winning ticket was sold by Mike Hackett.

Several members did not return their tickets, sold or unsold, in a timely manner so that we could

redistribute the tickets to people requesting them. Failure to return unsold tickets has cost the Club $400 in

much-need revenue. Therefore, the Club asks that those members who did not return their tickets consider

being responsible for them.

2009 Irish Open Golf Tournament – The club would like to thank Tournament Director, Sean Mullen, and

his staff for a great job on our 44th Irish Open. Ninety-two golfers enjoyed a great round of golf at Aubrey’s

Dubbs Dred followed by a meal and great stories at the Club. We thank all our hole sponsors who made a

tournament a success.

Pittsburgh Irish Festival – September 11 – 14, 2009 at the Riverplex, Sandcastle Drive, West

Homestead. $10 for adults; $8 for seniors and $3 for children aged 3 to 12.

September Monthly Drawing – Friday, September 11, 2009 at 9:30 pm.

Weekly Drawing – Every Sunday at 3:30 pm.

Steeler’s Season Opener – Thursday , September 10th at 8:30 p.m.. Stop by the Club and enjoy the

game with some family and friends. Everyone is welcome. Club will open at 7:30 p.m. Club is open for all

Steeler games.

Congratulations - The Club would like to congratulate Division 23 members, Bishop Paul Bradley who was

named Bishop of the Diocese of Kalamzoo, Michigan and Fr. Tom O’Donnell who was appointed National

Chaplain of our Order. Congratulations also to Denny Donnelly, State President and Rich O’Malley,

District 5 Director.

Please Bring a Favorite Appetizer, Snack or Dessert for the

Community Table

Park has baseball field, basketball court and playground so bring your gloves and

balls. Shelter has limited seating, so bring lounge chairs

Directions: Take Main Street through Sharpsburg; turn up 15th Street to North

Canal Street; make a right on North Canal; at “Y” in the road, bear to the right onto

Kittanning Pike; go up the hill and make a right onto Harding Road.
